THE LIABILITY OF THE TOUR OPERATOR covers the liability of the Insured / pursuant to Article 42 para 1 of the Tourism Act / for property damages to the user as a result of non-payment of the tour operator with its counterparties and suppliers, including in case of insolvency and insolvency of the tour operator.
