CLAIMS SETTLEMENT- VEHICLES DAMAGES

Damage as a result of Natural Disasters:

• Required documents: filled in claim form, vehicle registration coupon, vehicle technical examination coupon, insurance policy, driver’s license of the applicant. Official note from hydro meteorological service .

• Procedure for placing a claim: The vehicle is viewed by the insurers in the designated places. An inventory of the damage is made and the method of recovery of the damage is determined /by expert assessment, in the trusted service of the insurer or on invoices/ if the damage is not total.

Damage as a result of Fire or Arson:

• Required documents: filled in claim form, vehicle registration coupon, vehicle technical examination coupon, insurance policy, driver’s license of the applicant. Official note from the Fire Department

Parking damage:

• Required documents: filled in claim form, vehicle registration coupon, vehicle technical examination coupon, insurance policy, driver’s license of the applicant

Accident damage:

Damages in case of malicious actions of third parties:

• Required documents: filled in claim form, vehicle registration coupon, vehicle technical examination coupon, insurance policy, driver’s license of the applicant, Official note from the police

Theft and robbery of motor vehicles:

• Required documents: filled in claim form, vehicle registration coupon, vehicle technical examination coupon, insurance policy, driver’s license of the applicant, Official note from the police

• Procedure for placing a claim: as soon as the absence of the vehicle is established, you call the marking company /if any/. You inform the relevant Police Department on the spot of the event. You place an application material. You notify the insurer within 24 hours of the event. It’s a lawsuit. You present the Official Note by the police. After three months and submission of a Prosecutor’s Decree you stay with the proceedings.
