PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY OF THE TRUSTEE

PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY OF THE TRUSTEE shall cover the liability of the Insured, in connection with claims for compensation for damages caused to the debtor and/or creditors, from a faulty failure to fulfil his obligations as a insolvency practitioner in specific insolvency proceedings.

Minimum limits – for one claim 10 000 BGN, for all claims – BGN 25 000

Typically, insurers apply self-participation.
