PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY OF THE NOTARY

PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY OF THE NOTARY shall cover the liability of the Insured for the damages caused to third parties as a result of a faulty failure to fulfil his professional obligations, as well as the obligations of the assistant notary and the employees in the notary office.

Minimum limits – for one claim 20 000 BGN, for all claims – BGN 40,000.
